Gastronomic Tours and Wine Tours

Our gastronomic tours will introduce you to the best flavors of Italian cuisine and wines. This can be organized through cooking classes with specialized chefs, who master the origin of typical Italian products such as olive oil. You will also discover the flavors of the wine through tasting and be introduced to the wine producers’ secrets.

Italian Cookery Courses

For more than a decade we have trained people and professionals from all over the world in Italian cuisine. We are a Cultural Association located on the outskirts of Rome.
Here you will have experience with the Roman countryside, comfort, tranquility, greenery, good food and olive trees. You will also be able to explore the roots of Italian food while in the fresh air of the Italian countryside.
Our teaching workforce is made up of professional chefs with a wealth of classroom experience.
We offer Italian gastronomic experiences for the traveler with professional Italian cooking courses as well as amateur courses.
Maintaining a family atmosphere is one of our top priorities, so we make sure that there are always plenty of opportunities for children to join in the fun by offering special courses for kids and families.
We arrange group courses for both amateurs and culinary students thanks to our links to catering schools around the world.
Professional courses for chefs can also be for private groups or mixed groups.
THE CLASSES ARE TAUGHT IN ENGLISH - Most of our chefs speak English, but those who don't are assisted by an interpreter.

Italian Cooking classes

Italian cooking lessons in Portuguese, to classes are indicated for those who have a few days available our classes can be amateur or professional depending on your need.

Classes can be group or individual, either at our headquarters or in partner institutions.

Cooking classes in Rome is different from courses as they usually happen in just one day. Lessons allow you to learn around 3 recipes. The courses are more complete because they have a higher workload.

The cooking classes in Rome will give you the contact with the Italian cuisine and culture and you will have much to tell friends when you return home.

You also get a certificate of participation according to the chosen class.
